We create the demand,
then capture it.
There is no list of people currently shopping for what you sell. Nobody announces that publicly. So we do the other thing: create the demand, then capture it with a page and a form built to convert it.

Why the traffic isn't converting
Sending traffic to a phone number wastes it.
Your only call to action is a phone number
That works for people already planning to call. Everyone else, the ones still deciding, leaves, because there is no way to finish a quote request online.
Traffic arrives on a homepage, not an offer
Ad clicks landing on a general homepage have to figure out what to do next. Most do not. The click is paid for either way.
Leads show up as a name and a number
No context, so the first call is spent qualifying instead of selling. You find out what they wanted after you have already spent the call.
Nobody knows which leads became sales
Without tracking from lead through to install, you cannot tell which channel is worth more budget, so budget gets set by guesswork.
Step one, either way
The build.
A one-off setup, both engines need it

Lead-to-sale tracking
Budget follows revenue
Each layer narrows the traffic above it. Skip one and the layers below never see the volume they were built for.
A dedicated conversion page
Not your homepage. A page built for one job: turn a click into a completed quote request.
The qualifying form
A short check about the property, current setup and what they need covered. Answers travel with the lead.
Lead-to-sale tracking
So we can see which leads actually turned into installs, and put budget where it converts.
The ad creative
Written and designed for the campaigns, not repurposed from a brochure.
The funnel we build you
From a scroll to a booked quote.
Four stages. Each one exists because the previous one leaks without it, and every stage after the first sits on infrastructure you own.

Demand
Meta campaigns and targeted outreach put a specific offer in front of the right people.
Conversion page
Not your homepage. One page with one job: turn the click into a started quote.
Qualifying form
A short check on the property, current setup and what they need covered.
Your inbox
Same day, answers attached, tracked through to the sale. Exclusively yours.
The offer, by trade
Nobody clicks “get a quote”.
They click the thing that names a worry they already have. Here is the offer we run per trade, and the form it feeds.

Security & alarm
Free 60-second home security check
House, condo or business?
Any system installed now, or starting fresh?
Which entry points worry you most?
+2 more, about 20 seconds
- Security & alarm“Free 60-second home security check”
- HVAC“Free system health check before the season turns”
- Roofing“Free roof inspection with a photo report”
- Plumbing“Same-day leak and water-pressure check”
- Electrical“Free panel and safety inspection”
- Restoration“Free damage assessment within 24 hours”
Every one feeds a short form about the property, the current setup and the timeline, so the answers reach you before the first call does.
Why the funnel is built this way
A lead goes cold in five minutes.
Contacting a lead within five minutes makes you 21 times more likely to qualify it than waiting thirty. That single number decides how the whole funnel is built: the form does the qualifying so the lead reaches you ready to call, not ready to be researched.

Your radius, your customer.
We do not buy impressions across a province and hope. Targeting is drawn round the yard and cut by the signals that actually predict a job.

How we fill it
Two ways to fill the funnel.
They work well together and share most of the same funnel. We never start near the top of any budget, you start small, we find out what a lead actually costs in your area, and it scales only once the leads are closing.
Outreach funnel
No ad spend
Targeted outreach across your service area to homeowners and small-to-medium businesses. The first touch is the check, not a pitch, which is exactly why it gets answered.
- You pay only for leads that actually land
- Every lead arrives with their answers attached
- Start small and scale once it is working
- Builds more slowly than ads, but costs nothing to run
Meta ads
Ad spend paid direct to Meta
We build and run the campaigns, write the creative, and keep working the cost per lead down. You pay Meta directly, so nothing is marked up in between.
- We start low to find your real cost per lead first
- Spend rises in steps, only after leads start closing
- You set the budget and decide when it moves
- Warmest leads: someone who stopped on an ad and chose to act
Recommended for volume
Run both together
Running both costs less per lead than either alone, because the conversion page and the tracking are shared. This is the one to pick if you want to get to 30 leads a week.
What lands in your inbox
A lead, with the answers attached.
Not a name and a number. You know what they own, what they already have and when they want it handled, before you dial. The first call is a sales call, not a discovery call.

Why exclusivity matters
The same lead, sold five times.

Lead marketplace
One homeowner request, sold to several contractors at once. You compete on who dials first, then on price.
Your own funnel
One request, one contractor. Nobody to beat to the phone, and no reason to discount against someone quoting the same job.
What it has to return
A couple of closes should cover the month.
The first two weeks are calibration either way. We would rather find out which targeting and which questions pull best before scaling, so volume builds instead of arriving all at once.
Before you spend a dollar on ads
Most sites leak the traffic they already get.
We fix these first, on every engagement, before any spend goes live. Paying to send traffic at a page that cannot convert it is the most expensive mistake in this category.
of home-service businesses do not clearly list their service areas
do not show business hours anywhere on the site

What happens after you say yes
Live inside a month.
- Week 1
Scope and build
We map your lead-to-sale path, pick the offer for your trade, and build the conversion page and qualifying form around it.
- Week 2
Creative and tracking
Ad creative written and designed. Tracking wired from click through to booked job, so we can attribute revenue rather than form fills.
- Weeks 3–4
Calibration
Campaigns go live small. We are buying information, not volume, which audiences respond, what a lead really costs in your area, which questions predict a close.
- Week 5+
Scale what closed
Budget moves toward whatever produced booked jobs, not whatever produced the cheapest clicks. Reviewed weekly with you.
Questions
Straight answers.
Can you just sell me a list of leads?
+
No, and anyone who says they can is selling you something else. There is no public list of people currently shopping for a security system, a new roof or an HVAC replacement, nobody announces that. What works is creating the demand and capturing it: put a specific offer in front of the right people, then route anyone who responds through a form that qualifies them before they reach you.
What counts as a qualified lead?
+
Someone who completed the qualifying form, so they have actively asked for a quote and told you about their property, their current setup and what they need covered. They arrive with that context attached, which means the first call is a sales call rather than a discovery call.
How does pricing work?
+
There is a one-off setup covering the conversion page, the qualifying form, tracking and the ad creative, both engines need it. After that the outreach funnel is priced per lead delivered with no ad spend involved, and Meta ads are a flat monthly fee plus ad spend you pay directly to Meta. Running both costs less per lead than either alone. We scope the exact numbers to your area and target volume, so tell us those two things and you get real figures the same day.
How much ad spend do I need to start?
+
Less than most people expect. The opening budget only has to be enough to learn what a lead actually costs in your area and which targeting works. We deliberately do not start near the top of any range, spend rises in steps, only after you have seen those leads close, and you decide when it moves.
How many leads a week can I expect?
+
It depends on your area and your budget, so we calibrate for the first two weeks rather than promising a number on day one. Scaling to 20–30 a week is realistic once we know your cost per lead. Starting nearer 10 a week on outreach alone is a reasonable way to see it working before committing to volume.
Do I pay for leads that do not convert?
+
On the outreach funnel you pay per lead delivered, not per sale, but a lead only counts once someone has completed the qualifying form, so you are not paying for clicks or impressions. On Meta the ad spend is yours and goes straight to Meta, so you can see exactly what traffic costs with nothing marked up in between.
Do you need access to my website?
+
Not necessarily. The conversion page sits on top of your existing site, so ad traffic routes straight into the quote flow rather than the normal homepage. Your current site keeps working exactly as it does now.
Will the leads go into my CRM?
+
They can. By default leads land in your inbox the same day with their form answers attached. If you want them pushed into a CRM automatically we can wire that up, and if you do not have a CRM that fits how you work, that is the other thing we build.
