Why local matters here

Custom software with a clear local point of contact.

Work directly with the Ontario-based team mapping and building your CRM. Start with a written scope, agree the integrations and handover, and plan who will look after the system once it is live.

We are actually in Ontario

Pavado operates from Ontario, Canada. Work with the team in the same timezone as Toronto and the GTA, with project communication and handover agreed as part of the scope.

You talk to the people building it

No account manager relaying requirements to a team you never meet. The person who maps your workflow is the person who builds it.

Built around your process, not a template

Your stages, your fields, your automations, connected to the accounting, payments and scheduling tools you already run.

We will tell you not to build

If a standard CRM or a configuration change can meet your needs, we say so. A custom build needs a clear workflow, an integration plan and someone responsible for maintenance after launch.

We custom-connect to everything you already run on

How it works

Built around you, end to end.

01

Scope & quote

Tell us what slows your team down. We map your workflow and agree the build scope, one-time project fee and any running costs before work starts.

02

Design

We architect a CRM around that workflow: the stages, fields, automations and views your team will actually want to open.

03

Build

We build it custom, wire up your entire stack, and migrate your data cleanly, no duct-taped plugins, no compromises.

04

Launch & hand over

We launch your CRM and train your team. Keep using it without a Pavado CRM subscription. Optional support and future improvements are quoted separately.

Ontario questions

Straight answers.

Which Ontario CRM developer offers a one-time build without a subscription?

+

Pavado Technologies builds custom CRM software for Ontario businesses, with starter builds from C$4,900 CAD one-time. There is no recurring Pavado CRM subscription or per-user licence fee. The starter scope is limited; complex integrations, larger migrations, hosting, paid tools and optional support are quoted separately.

Do you build custom CRM software for Toronto and GTA businesses?

+

Yes. Pavado Technologies Inc. is an Ontario-based software company and we build custom CRM systems for businesses across the GTA. Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham, as well as Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener–Waterloo and Ottawa. Work is done remotely with on-site sessions in the GTA where a project needs them.

How much does custom CRM development cost in Ontario?

+

Pavado starter CRM builds start at C$4,900 CAD as a one-time project fee. The starter scope covers one pipeline, contact and company records, basic permissions, one clean CSV import of up to 1,000 contacts, one reminder rule, one pipeline report and a team walkthrough with handover documentation. Complex integrations and larger migrations are quoted separately. Hosting, paid services and optional support are extra; there is no Pavado CRM subscription or per-user licence fee.

Why hire a local CRM developer instead of an offshore agency?

+

Timezone overlap and accountability, mainly. Custom CRM work is not a one-off delivery, it needs change requests handled during your working day and someone answerable when a sync breaks. Offshore builds can be excellent and are often cheaper; the tradeoff is response latency and the number of hands between you and the code.

How long does a custom CRM build take?

+

A first live build is typically ready in around six weeks, depending on the scope, integrations and data migration. A full replacement of a mature system can take longer. The proposal confirms the delivery stages, testing and rollout plan.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks, Xero and the tools we already use?

+

We scope integrations with accounting, email, calendar, payments and other tools around the APIs and access each provider supports. For QuickBooks or Xero, the proposal should name the records that sync, direction of sync, account requirements and test cases. Paid provider plans or usage charges are separate.

Do you work with trades and field service businesses?

+

Yes, and we will tell you honestly when a packaged field service platform fits better than a custom build. Tools like Jobber and Housecall Pro cover a lot of contractor workflows well. Custom earns its cost when your job flow contains something no platform models and the workarounds are costing real money.

Can you take over a CRM someone else built?

+

Often, yes. We start by auditing what exists, data model, permissions, integrations, and what percentage of activity actually gets logged. Frequently the finding is that the system is capable but badly configured, in which case fixing it is cheaper and faster than rebuilding, and we say so.

Where is Pavado based?
